Glasgow is definitely duller and greyer without the divines @balitronica and @mad.mex55 , but I am so grateful for the injection of rebellion, artistry, beauty, witchcraft, possibilities, disobedience, integrity, feminism, and dreams they have given me and our community. Totally inspired. As we say here, haste ye back, por favor! 🏴🤍📸 by @mr.neil.scott ️
I thank @mad.mex55 and @balitronica for what was one of the most inspiring and best weeks of my life. So much resonates … I still vibrate with their energy and it will feed me until they come back. Radical performers, loc@s, bruj@s and top to bottom extraordinary artists. I bow to you. Get their books, go and see them, sign up to their workshops, explore borders! Posted @withregram • @lapochanostra A very VERY special and personal note to those radicals in academia who are willing to take the risk of bringing our loca performance work to their institutions. This tour, in addition to our “Pandemia Chronicles” duet, we were invited to give our Multiple Journeys lecture at the Royale Conservatoire of Scotland 🏴 hosted by the one and only @lauragonzalezyoga . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ️ for this opportunity. Once we arrived in Coimbra, Portugal 🇵🇹 we were invited to produce an experimental interview & film at the University of Coimbra thanks to the wild academic teams of the Anthropology & Theatre Departments. Gracias mil to everyone that came together to make this tour a reality. We can’t wait to cross paths with you again. -@balitronica 📸 Pictured here is the wildly talented @lauragonzalezyoga & @mad.mex55 at the Glasgow Necropolis. 🖤
