Just pure bliss and relaxation. This is what the breath can do and I am so happy Neda captured the moment. This is the last week of my open yoga classes at the Arlington. Join me for pranayama on Tuesday morning (live and online) and counted primary – with a bit of yoga philosophy – on Thursday morning (Live). I will re-start classes on Tuesday 10 January but for now, let’s finish the year together, as one breath, without any stress and with inspiration for the festive season.
