Today, 7am (we are back together)
On Wednesday 23 June, 6-8pm UK time, I will be offering an online yoga philosophy session, which will be donation based. We will begin a journey to decode the first three, beautiful and precious yoga sutras (I will explain what sutras are!). They address what yoga truly is, so if you ever wanted to find out, or if you want to give a purpose to your work on the mat and the cushion, please join me. I would love to see you!
