Next Thursday 5 November, as every first Thursday of the month, I get to share a breath session online 7.15 to 8.30am.Pranayama is my core practice, the breath is my home through good, bad, and uncertain times. It is a refuge and a teacher. In this session, I will introduce you to the main preparations and practices of the ancient practice of pranayama. And if you have been doing them for a while, we will delve deeper into the subtleties of the breath. There will be lions, fire (to warm us), and bees.
