Almost time for join the online sangha, my happiest, most nourishing space..If there is anything I learned from the pandemic, it is to nurture the small stuff, like having this group of gorgeous faces turn up in my living room for 3 mornings, holding me with their presence, @mysoreyogaparis ‘s beautiful teachings and @yotamagam ‘s incredible soundscapes.
