Today, 7am
In Paris, shopping before my pranayama exams for the next 10 days, and aiming at a B+ pulse! 😬⚖️
Look at me at 5.30am on a day I have to travel. Pure vitality and smiles! Only @mysoreyogaparis ´s teachings and the company of this sangha can make me feel like that. I danced all the way to Condette, full of gratitude. Till next time which I hope will be soon! 🏻 🧶️
