I am back teaching next week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. ️Pranayama, live and online, on Tuesday 11 January at 7.15am️Mysore, live, on Thursday 13 January at 7.15am I welcome complete beginners to both classes. If part of your new year’s ambition is to increase your strength, stamina, resilience, immunity, community or joy, this is definitely for you. We keep the live environment safe through distancing, sanitation and ventilation. I know how hard it is to start something you have never done before. I tailor all my teachings to each person and there is no need to achieve anything. Equally, if you need a challenge, Ashtanga Yoga will meet that. The beauty of it is that it is adaptable.
