I love teaching at @yogaroseinsta. Saturday mornings in Blantyre are lovely, peaceful and surrounded by nature. And it is easy to get by train. Just hop on and get one hour and a quarter of gorgeous breathing. This Saturday will be a full practice and everyone is welcome. Usual students and complete beginners too. 🥁 I am beyond honoured to be covering one of my favourite classes in town: Judi’s counted primary @merchantcityyoga !This class is my go-to for connection, a good all-round practice, and an hour and half without faffing in mind, body or breath.
