I cannot wait for the second pranayama session at @yogaroseinsta . The first one was a true pleasure. Already so much more understanding of the power of breath after one hour. It is not too late to join me on Saturday at 10 in Blantyre. Get in touch with Rose Ann! We will be cleansing. Think of how good you feel after brushing your teeth and imagine how much better it will be after cleaning your whole system. It is magic 🤩
