Posted @withregram • @mysoreyogaparis This is me and my very dear student and friend @lauragonzalezyoga chanting the Gayatri during Mysore practice at the remembrance weekend for our beloved Rosina in Glasgow just before confinement. We are at this moment faced with the fact that we are all sitting on impermanent grounds. Laura even has ‘changes’ written on her chest. Yoga urges us not to shy away from what we do not know or understand but to breath into the mystery of life itself. In yogic philosophy this concept is known as Parinamavada which is what we will explore in our philosophy & pranayama session this afternoon… thank you for taking a seat with me in the midst of these tender, uncertain times. ️ #mysoreyogaparis #closertogether #changes
