Today, 5am #yogawithkiainthespanishmountains
Today, 5am ️️️️ with @sandraschultze___yoga @yotamagam and @mysoreyogaparis . After a month here, I am stronger, fitter, happier, healthier thanks to them and to the community we hold together. I learned so much and I laughed so much! I must have done something right if life puts such miraculous, beautiful, wise people on my path. Here is to next year. 📿 🧶 ⛰
