The world wakes up as I finish my last 2020 practice with my sangha. I am ready for next year but I will keep a lot of things from 2020 in my heart. Despite the loss, the pain, the uncertainty, the fear and the death, I have also discovered boundless love, strength in myself and others, the value of pausing, the support of my centre, the power of community, the magnitude of kindness, the opportunities of change, the rewards of courage, the comfort of laughter, the truth of the present moment, the magic of singing, the potency of breath, the energy of gratitude.
