It’s Friday, and it feels like Spring! Here I am smiling while I get into yoganidrasana. With practice, everything eases and opens. One just needs to cultivate patience and, more important than anything, show up. Constantly, diligently and with love. It can take years (for me it does) but eventually we get there.
