Today, 7am
The mountains are lovely and they become perfect when inhabited by joyous human beings like those I have had the fortune to spend the last two weeks with. We received learnings of the kind that change things, open up new roads and empower us to walk with clarity and grace. Thank you to @mysoreyogaparis , @laschimeneas , to the group and to the best co-conspirators @sandraschultze___yoga and @yotamagam who made every moment so grounded we could safely fall on the floor with laughter. #yogawithkiainthespanishmountains
