Today is World Sanskrit Day, or विश्वसंस्कृतदिनम् . I never thought life would take me down this path but I am so grateful I listened to Philippa and met @originalwisdom__ . Every time I study Sanskrit with her, parts of me that don’t even get the light of the sun get exercised, aired, heard. Something about it makes me feel more whole, more in the world and more in tune. I bet I have also increased my IQ as I have my skills at calligraphy. I bow to this amazing language, holding so much wisdom in itself and in the texts it voices. ️
