Step 3, day 1: nice that the flowers greet me by wearing my favourite colour. Deep healing at all levels has begun. Hard work, but worth it.
Step three, day three. I was the first to do teaching practice. Students seemed to enjoy it. Here they are, practicing Brahma mudra. 👁👁
