Led primary with a legend. One of the most important things for a yoga teacher is their own practice, where we experience, we experiment, we research all that we teach. My practice is so sacred, I take good care of who I do it with. I have been practicing with David’s book for years. Having him live, even through a screen, was truly beautiful. Book class with RBM this week if you want to hear what Kate and I learned!
