On a day round about today but 10 years ago, I decided to commit to a yoga practice. It is not always the easiest of paths but it is the most incredible, efficient and interesting journey towards self-knowledge. I owe a lot of the riches I hold (and which I think are many, including robust health, many amazing friends and the ability to be joyous) to the yes in the video. You want to turn the sound up to maximum. A lot has happened since, a lot has changed, but this yes (on my 40th birthday as well) is still the fuel to a lot of my life.
