🌬 I like breathing very much. The alternative is not so great. The thing is that we take it for granted and many of us don’t know how to do it well. And when done we’ll, it helps bring health and joy into our lives. .Join me on Tuesday 11 October, 7.15-8.30 (with optional Q&A afterwards) for my monthly pranayama class, LIVE and ONLINE. We will look and some fundamentals biomechanics of breathing and some wholesome practices.
