We are offering Free morning Community Self-Practice for the next couple of weeks, Monday to Friday from 7.15am. Come and share space with us and learn to follow your own practice in a supportive group. Best of both worlds! You can practice whatever you want (does not have to be yoga, you could write or draw too). If you want to learn the ashtanga sequence I do in my classes I have cheat sheets to help you. After we have all finished, we usually have a coffee, chat and Q&As if anything comes up from your practice. Come and join us, what’s not to like?
