New stationery ready for the restart of my courses with @jamesboagyoga and @originalwisdom__ whom I have missed so much. In store is a 8-month immersion on chapter 2 of the Bhagavad Gita including recitation, the guru paradigm, a deepening spiral of sound and insight and the silence of meditation. Both of these in the company of beautiful and supportive sanghas whom I worked with for years and hopefully also many new people. Lucy and James are outstanding teachers that have the capacity to bring all of me together and, in the process, have deep moments of realisation and a lot of fun. With mornings like these who needs summer? Light, heat and beauty are inside and always available. That is what I am learning with the fabulous @mckeanroseann in the @merchantcityyoga Mysore intensive. As ever, it is full of magic . Like in any good magic, there is a magic word: PLAY. I cannot believe how much we laugh, roll about and have fun at 6 in the morning. I am not the only crazy one. There are 11 of us and I am loving every minute of it.
