Today, 7am
Pranayama (Tuesday) and Counted Full Primary (Thursday) live and online at 7.15am UK time. Come and begin the process of cleansing and opening up like the crocuses are doing. It is time to let the seeds flower! 📸 Last summer in Mairena. I am seeing @mysoreyogaparis on n Saturday and I cannot wait. Remember she is coming to Glasgow in April. Not many places left so get yours soon!
She is the best and it is her birthday and I adore her. She is able to cure every ill with a kind word, be a stunt woman for what I have a fear of doing and is a super-talented performer, dancer and friend. Happy birthday, @upsidedown_carmen ! Love you like a billion white horses.
