Today, 7am
Yesterday, 7am. It is a photo from yesterday because last night we did a purification called tratak, lead so so beautifully by @agnetabeckman. We took noble silence until this morning. I turned everything off, phone, books and speech, so thoughts could also cleanse. When you can just be, in silence, with a group that holds you like your own heartbeat and breath, you know you are home. 🍋 🧶📿
