Happy birthday, Rosina! A few of us were blessed to share our lives with you, be forever changed by you. We celebrated as you would have, starting the day with a practice together, a coffee together and a blather together ️ Thank you dearest @mccubbinsheila. You are a treasure and this photo you shared from your gorgeous archives made my my day. 🧶
One more week of holiday and of our morning Community Self-Practice sessions, Monday to Friday from 7.15am. Practicing online but together, is a wonderful way to do your yoga in these times at home – it's a chance to focus on where you are at and what you want to practice, to practice at your own pace, to do as much or as little as feels right for the day, yet still to feel to be part of a supportive group, to catch up afterwards for coffee, chat and Q&As if you have time.Join us for yoga, some stretches, meditation or pranayama, or an extra long savasana. If you want to learn the ashtanga sequence that we teach in our classes we have cheat sheets to help you. Please book online. We have limited spots so we can all be in one zoom screen. You don’t need to be a regular student to join us. Teachers on a break, lapsed practitioners, complete strangers, anyone at all, come, be with us and get to know us before our next term starts on 19 April. If you have any questions about how the sessions run, or what you could do as your own practice during them please let us know. We want this to be our collective space, to practice together, ask questions, drink coffee.
