A couple of years ago, for my birthday, Neil commissioned @emilyfurneaux, one of my favourite artists, to make a drawing for me. She had no more brief. She chose to draw me, saluting the sun in my beloved Alpujarra mountains. The drawing, beautiful as only Emily can do, offers solace when I miss the mountains so much. #yogawithkiainthespanishmountains
