What a perfect week with @dkeil108 @merchantcityyoga I got to practice with beautiful people including a surprise visit from @minkaqvale whom I had not seen since 2017. I also got to practice with friends (too many to tag!) and my teacher @mckeanroseann which is always an honour.I got to practice under the guidance of a very skilful teacher who took care of everything so I could focus on the delicate balance between effort and ease (and also took away some of the effort and gave ease). I felt rejuvenated, every day a little more in fact. I love it when practice takes that direction and I hope I can keep it up. I promise I will never skip rectus femoralis lengtheners again. I got to practice in the beautiful rooms of MCY, hosted gracefully by @judifarrell100 Every good morning, every smile counted towards the ease part of the balance, which I need to invest in a little more. And this time I got to practice thanks to the kind birthday gift of @davescott4419 and @cmscottuk which could not have come at a better time. I will be back next year, if not before!
