Today, 7am
Just so I remember, just so I don’t for a moment think the last 12 days in the mountains were a dream …Thank you @mysoreyogaparis for the immensely valuable teachings from the heart and the unwavering love and service, @naddermier for the exquisite images, @maria_olsten for the laughs, the care and all the incredible support she gave everyone, @laschimeneas team for providing a container in which we could blossom easily, and the whole sangha for showing me what being present means. I loved every minute: the practice, the breath, the presence, the food, the parties, the silence, the chats, the chants, the lounging, the cinnamon rolls, the dance …I will be coming back! ⛰️ #yogawithkiainthespanishmountains
This week in Agios Pavlos has been so perfect in every way, it will stay with me as the most life-giving since I can remember. It was a return that in theory was not going to be easy and, in practice, it was a miracle of connectedness, of love, laughter and conversation.
