Allow it, whatever it is. Go through doors. Rest in being held. Burn what needs to be burned, melt what needs to be melted. Listen to mitrā́váruṇā. Feel the joy in rhythm. Be. Every moment is new, if we allow the new to come forth. Even in the deepest darkness there is light.
